SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders will be shipped via USPS, tracking number(s) will be provided. We are not responsible for any packages once they leave USPS. Please make sure you or someone is home for arrival.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES, ALL ORDERS WILL BE CANCELED
UPS does not deliver to to PO BOXES, please provide a physical address. If we feel any order may be fraudulent we will contact you, if there is no response or proper documentation cannot be provided we will cancel the order.
All Military APO addresses please contact us either before or about your order placed, since the orders are usually from unique IP addresses its looks fraudulent and will be canceled unless we are notified. These orders will be shipped only via USPS and any customs duty, taxes, etc will be on you.
Shipping for exchanges will not be refunded, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS:
There are no returns, exchanges may be made within 10 days of the purchase date & only if condition is still new. {i.e. original box, tags, unused, unworn, unwashed} All exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. Shipping is non-refundable & customer will be responsible for shipping product back. All skateboard sales are final once gripped/set up. If buying as a gift as long as it remains in plastic we can exchange. However sometimes mistakes happen, if we ship wrong order we will handle all necessary responsibilities for return.
